INGREDIENTS:
Dicalcium Phosphate, Mono-calcium Phosphate, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Sulfate,  Salt, Magnesium Oxide, Processed Grain By Products, Feather Meal, Soybean Meal, Yeast Culture, Ground Rice Hulls, Zinc Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, Manganous Oxide, Copper Sulfate, Zinc Oxide, Ferrous Sulfate, Iron Amino Acid Complex, Zinc Amino Acid Complex, Ethylenediamine Dihydriodide, Sodium Selenite, Manganese Amino Acid Complex, Sulfur, Vitamin A Acetate (stability improved), Vitamin D3 Supplement, Copper Amino Acid Complex, Mineral Oil, Cobalt Carbonate, Cobalt Glucoheptonate.

Feeding Directions

Feed at the rate of 4.0 ounces to provide 150 mg. per head per day of Monensin.  Feed continuously at the rate of 1.0 to 4.0 ounces per head per day.  The medication must be contained in no less than 1 pound of feed.  Mix thoroughly with grain and/or roughage to provide no less than 50 mg or more than 200 mg/hd/day of Monensin. 
CAUTION:  Do not allow horses or other equines access to feeds containing Monensin.  Ingestion of Monensin by equines has been fatal.  Monensin medicated cattle and goat feeds are safe for use in cattle and goats only.  Consumption by unapproved species may result in toxic reactions.  Do not exceed the levels ofMonensin recommended in the feeding directions, as reduced average daily gains may result.  If feed refusals are fed to other groups of cattle, the concentration of Monensin in the refusals and the amount of refusals fed should be taken into consideration to prevent Monensin overdosing.
WARNING: A withdrawal time has not been established for pre-ruminating calves.  Do not use in calves to be processed for veal.
The addition to feeds of higher levels of this premix containing Selenium is not permitted.
